At our store, we strive to ensure that every product you receive meets the highest standards of quality and satisfaction. As our products are personal and consumable in nature (such as agarbatti and dhoop), we follow a limited return and refund policy to maintain hygiene and product integrity.

Returns Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

To initiate a return, please share:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images/videos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened products
  • Products returned after 48 hours of delivery
  • Items purchased during sale or special offers
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will be asked to provide bank details for refund

Replacement Policy

We also offer replacements instead of refunds in eligible cases:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong item delivered

Replacement will be shipped after verification and may take 5–7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by us in case of defective or wrong products
  • For other cases (if approved), shipping charges may be deducted from refund amount
